Plant control and visualisation

We have experience with a variety of modern technologies, such as Batch Systems, S88, DeltaV, Siemens S7, and ControlLogix.

We also provide SCADA/HMI services using products such as iFix, Intouch, and RSView32.

We have deployed projects in a wide range of industries, including Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Water, Food and Beverages, and Power.

S88 Batch Systems

Alba is able to provide solutions for S88 batch systems, such as Sequencia's OpenBatch, and those systems derived from it, such as Intellution's iBatch,and Emerson Process Management's DeltaV Batch

Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC's)

Alba staff have extensive knowledge of a variety of PLC's, such as Siemens S5 and S7, Modicon, ControlLogix, SLC500, PLC5, amongst others.

Supervisory Control and data acquisition (SCADA)

Alba has a broad range of knowledge and experience when it comes to SCADA systems. We can provide solutions for visualising your process, using such tools as Intellutions iFix, Rockwell's RSView, and Wonderware's Intouch.

Simulation

At Alba, we’ve been proving our systems and ourselves for years. Industrial IT and control systems solutions need to work first time, our customers depend on it and so does our reputation. We use industry leading simulation software packages to reduce project risk and meet ever-demanding customer expectations. We have successfully simulated Allen-Bradley PLC5, Rockwell Contrologix, Emerson DeltaV, Siemens S5 and more, using simulation packages such as Mynah's Mimic, and Cape Software's VPLink.
